When you want to holiday just a short distance to many local amenities such as bars, restaurants and shops, while keeping a secluded and private atmosphere, this 1-bedroom villa, 1.8km from Chaweng beach, really does offer it all.

The villa has a modern yet cozy design and layout, sat behind a perimeter wall and coming with a nice garden that is dominated by a private swimming pool and a terrace with seats and a choice of sun loungers.

The main living area offers a cozy yet comfortable experience with views and access out to the pool and garden. Relax on the daybed and catch a movie on the flat-screen TV with international channels. In this area, you will also find a Western kitchen that is perfect for self-catering and a 4-seat wooden dining table.

The bedroom enjoys amazing views out to the pool and comes with a double king-size bed, a safe deposit box, an ensuite bathroom and wardrobes. 

Just 1.8km from Chaweng Beach, bars, restaurants and shops are all close at hand. There are a few eateries that are located just 100 meters from the villa and inside the development is an onsite restaurant and bar, making this a prime holiday location. 

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
