This is the ideal holiday villa rental in Koh Samui for a single person or couple, coming with 1-bedroom, comfortable living areas and a perfect holiday location just 1.8km from Chaweng Beach. Close by there is as well an onsite restaurant and a bar. The villa sleeps 2 people and offers a modern environment that merges outdoor and indoor spaces to create something memorable.

The villa enjoys a great deal of privacy with its perimeter wall, but once inside, you will find a cozy garden with a terrace area and a private swimming pool that offers direct access to the bedroom.

The quaint living area is home to a daybed within close proximity to a flat-screen TV with international channels and is next to the modern kitchen, built to high standards and coming with appliances and a dining table for 4 people.

The bedroom offers direct access out to the pool and garden, while also coming with a king-size double bed, air-con, wardrobes, a safe deposit box and access to an ensuite bathroom.

This is a very central holiday location, 1.8km from Chaweng beach, which is the island’s most popular tourist destination with shops bars and eateries. There are also restaurants 100 meters from the villa.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
