The four bedroom Lake View Villa is just a 20 minute journey from the centre of vibrant Pattaya, but it will seem like a world away. You enter the property via a 160 metre long bougainvillea-hedged drive which is interspersed with palm trees. Your tranquil holiday home is close to Lake Malbprachan and many local attractions such as the Elephant Village. You have views of 2 lakes, and anyone interested in fishing will have a field day. Catch your supper and get it straight onto BBQ! If you have no luck with the rod then the fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances is an excellent backup. Better still; make use of the many restaurants and bars which are within an easy drive. Your accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with two singles. There are 4 bathrooms, air conditioning and two lounge areas. One of which is used as a cinema room. There are wonderful outdoor dining facilities with a huge table and the swimming pool will allow you to sit on underwater seating while having jet spa's relax your legs. Three of the four bedrooms offer double beds, air conditioning, and all have views of the landscaped gardens. The fourth bedroom has single beds making it ideal for any children in your party. For your entertainment each bedroom has a TV. The master bedroom suite also contains a comfortable sofa and a speaker system. The 3 double bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms with a wash basin, toilet and showers. The master en-suite also has a relaxing two-person whirlpool bath. There is a guest bathroom off the main living area, and by the pool there is a changing room, shower room and toilet. The large fully fitted kitchen offers all the appliances required for self catering. There is a large oven with grill, microwave, kettle and toaster. Long Worktops and an island make food preparation and cooking easy. The lounge area of your villa will be the busiest. It offers comfortable seating which includes a leather suite. Its high ceilings give a good sense of space; there is air conditioning, a modern home cinema surround sound system and a big low Thai-style coffee table. There is a 6 place dining suite in the spacious kitchen, but for real holiday dining, head outside to the huge undercover 22 place dining table, as well as other circular stone tables and chairs. For your entertainment there is also a snooker table, large TV and DVD with USB connection for any music you wish to listen to.
