Overview

Situated in a tropical and peaceful environment, just a short drive from Chaweng Noi Beach, this 2-bedroom villa sleeps up to 4 people and enjoys a modern contemporary design in one of the most convenient holiday locations in Koh Samui. 

Relax on the outdoor terrace and take in the views, next to a private swimming pool amidst a cozy garden area. Making your way into the main living space, you will encounter a comfortable lounge area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV with international channels and a DVD player.

There is a small dining area with a table and chairs and also a Western-style kitchen with a vast array of modern appliances for a self-catering holiday. There is also a rooftop terrace with a table and chairs with great views. 

There are 2 bedrooms that both come equipped with double beds, wardrobes and air-conditioning, although one of the bedrooms also has a sofa bed.

There is one main bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash basin, alongside a smaller toilet room. The location, just a short drive from Chaweng Noi, ensures that bars, restaurants and shops are all nearby.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
