Set over two levels, this 2-bedroom villa sleeps up to 4 people and sits in a private location in a gated estate where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. Modern and stylish, with light tones throughout and splashes of vibrant colors and some nice artworks, this villa is really cool.

The open plan living space combines the kitchen, lounge and dining room and leads out to a patio and pool area through tall sliding doors. Relax at poolside and absorb the stunning surroundings.

The villa is located a short drive from Chaweng, which is known as the hub of the island’s tourism scene with lots of bars, restaurants, markets, shops and a nice beach. This is the most convenient location to holiday in Samui if you want to enjoy tranquility in close proximity to lots of local amenities.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
