Bophut is situated on the northern coastline of Koh Samui, with this 4-bedroom villa making the most of its position, offering nice sea-views and a modern yet stylish interior. Luxurious, private and spacious, the 4-bedrooms in this villa are ideal for a group of friends, families or couples who seek something special yet affordable.

The villa is separated into 2 buildings that have 4-bedrooms, 4 ensuite bathrooms, dining areas, a fully-equipped kitchen and 3 living spaces, offering lots of room to relax and unwind without ever feeling cluttered.

The light cream colored tones of the villa give it a contemporary flavor with lots of wood and wicker furnishings all round. The entirety of the villa nestles aside the infinity swimming pool and with many oversized windows, enjoys lots of natural sunlight.

The elevated position of the villa is best enjoyed from the numerous balconies and terraces overlooking the pool.

The villa is located in the north of Samui, just a short drive from Bophut where you will find a lovely beach, convenience stores and restaurants. The villa is also within close proximity from the Fisherman's Village, home to lots of shopping options and a short distance from Big Buddha Beach.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
