With an absolute beachfront location at Plai Laem Beach, in the northern parts of Koh Samui, this 3-bedroom villa sleeps up to 6 people and comes with a luxurious atmosphere and design. With amazing unobstructed sea-views, close to nearby amenities and attractions, this is a first-class choice.

The beachfront garden really does impress with its private swimming pool and adjoining Jacuzzi, a terrace with lots of lounges, and a Thai sala, enjoying breathtaking sea-views.

The lounge area also enjoys sea-views and access to the garden and pool, while coming with comfortable furnishings that include a sofa, alongside entertainment facilities such as a large flat-screen TV with international channels, and a high quality surround sound system. Here you will also find a circular 6-seat dining table and a Western-style kitchen with lots of appliances.

The villa sleeps 6, with 3 bedrooms that all have bathrooms, wardrobes and air-conditioning. There are king-size double beds in 2 bedrooms, with 2x single beds in the 3rd bedroom, making this a great choice for families. 

The absolute beachfront location is just 1km from restaurants, shops and spas, while being almost 2km from nightlife, all on the northern coastline of Koh Samui.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
