The sea-facing garden is a wonderful place to sit, coming with a private swimming pool with an adjoining Jacuzzi, Thai sala and a terrace with sun-lounges.

The lounge area opens up to the garden and pool while enjoying great sea-views through tall patio windows. Put your feet up and relax on the comfortable sofa while taking advantage of entertainment facilities that include a flat-screen TV, cable TV, a DVD player and a surround sound system. Dine in style on the 6-seat wooden dining table next to a classy Western-style kitchen.

The 3 bedrooms are luxurious and come with access to bathrooms, wardrobes and air-con. The 2 main bedrooms have king-size double beds while the guest room comes with two-single beds, ideal for families with kids.

The beachfront location makes this one of the best villa choices, and with shops, restaurants and spas just 1km away, and nightlife options 2km away, this is a centrally located holiday villa rental.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
