This is a luxury 3-bedroom villa, sat in a wondrous beachside location on the north coast of Samui, just 20-meters from Plai Laem beach and enjoying exotic sea-views. Sleeping up to 6 people, this villa is perfect for a family holiday or for friends travelling together. 

Between you and the beach is just a single hedgerow, and with a private swimming pool on your garden, the beach and sea are just footsteps away. Relax in the pool, next to an adjoining terrace with sun-lounges, a Thai sala and a table and chairs at poolside while soaking up the tropical brilliance.

The lounge area faces the pool and garden and is a comfortable space with a leather L-shape sofa, and entertainment facilities that include a flat-screen TV, a surround sound music system and international cable channels. Next to the lounge is a 6-seat wooden dining table, footsteps away from a fully equipped kitchen area.

The 3 bedrooms sleep 6 people and all come with access to ensuite bathrooms, wardrobes and air-con. The 2 main bedrooms both have king-size double beds, while the guest room has 2x single beds.

Just meters from the sea and enjoying amazing views at Plai Laem in northern Koh Samui, the villa is in a prime holiday location just 1km from restaurants, spas and shops, with nightlife being under 2km from the villa.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
