Located just 10-meters from Plai Laem Beach, this luxurious 3-bedroom villa enjoys some of the most awe-inspiring sea-views from the garden and many parts of the house. Sleeping 6 people, this villa has something for everyone, and with a beach-facing position, really does take a Samui holiday to the next level.

Imagine sitting on your landscaped garden, taking a dip in your private swimming pool, while looking our across the beach and sea just meters away. The garden is also home to a terrace area with lots of sun-lounges, a Thai sala and even a 6-seat dining table for outdoor meals.

The lounge also enjoys mesmerizing sea-views and offers direct access to the garden and pool through tall patio windows. The lounge has a sofa, a flat-screen TV with international channels, a surround sound music system and a DVD player.

There are 3 bedrooms in the villa, all of which have access to ensuite bathrooms, wooden floors, air-conditioning and wardrobes. There are king-size beds in 2 bedrooms and 2 single beds in the guest room, sleeping 6 people in total.

Just 10-meters from the beach and a short drive to attractions such as Wat Plai Laem and Big Buddha, this is a great holiday location, especially with shops, spas and restaurants just 1km from the villa.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
