This ultra-modern villa enjoys a peaceful and serene atmosphere set amidst lots of natural beauty. Merging a modern design with lots of Thai-style furnishings that give the property a local feel, this 3-bedroom villa sleeps 6 and is ideal for a small family or group of friends. 

On the ground floor you will find a tropical garden with a private swimming pool, the main living area and the master bedroom. On the upper floors you will find 2 more bedrooms.

This recently-constructed villa is modern and comes with excellent Wi-Fi connections.

The villa is located just 1.2km from Ban Tai Beach, situated on the northern Koh Samui coast and home to a few shops and restaurants. Just a short drive away, you can also visit Bophut or Mae Nam, which also both have bars, shops and restaurants.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
