When you are looking for a villa rental that is close to the beach, private yet conveniently located for holiday fun, this 3-bedrooom villa, just a 5-minute walk to Thongson Beach, is a fine choice. 

Popular with groups of friends and families alike, this villa sleeps 6 people and offers direct access out to a private swimming pool, scenic gardens and a terrace with lots of seated areas.

Set over 2-floors, the ground level is home to an expansive living space, with direct access out to the pool, gardens and terrace through tall glass windows. With a flat-screen TV with international channels, 2 comfy sofas and Wi-Fi internet, alongside a 6-seat dining table and a Western-style kitchen with a washing machine, the ground floor has everything you need for a holiday.

Upstairs is where you will find 3 bedrooms, all with access to ensuite bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have double beds, while the 3rd has twin beds, making this villa ideal for a family. The master-bedroom has its own bathroom and the other 2 share one bath.

Merging a peaceful and tranquil location, just a short stroll to Thongson Beach, and a 10-minute drive to find the bars, international restaurants and shopping centers in Choeng Mon and Bophut, this villa is ideally located for a tropical holiday you will never forget.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
