If your holiday party loves a sing-along, enjoys a private swimming pool and outdoor dining in a covered Sala, then the 6 bedroom Baan Piam Sanook is perfect. You will also have 2 kitchens, dining areas and lounges to relax in. You will be in a quiet and private setting, but can reach the quiet Jomtien Beach and Pattaya's vibrant city centre in less than 20 minutes. Your karaoke fun comes in the shape of a special karaoke room with a large sound system including a Flat Screen Television and acoustic wall. The ease of use and choice of songs will have everyone competing for the best (and worst!) holiday singing award, and while you relax in the private pool while everyone enjoys the good times! You access the villa via private gates which lead up a driveway directly to the swimming pool and outdoor Sala. On either side you have lawns and palm trees with your accommodation to the left and beyond the pool. To your left is the first house with a lounge area containing a brown leather sofa and flat screen TV. Beyond this area and through an arch is your pristine white kitchen and dining area. This same area offers bedrooms 1 and 2 which share a well appointed bathroom. Your master bedroom is off the lounge towards the middle of the villa and offers an en-suite bathroom and direct swimming pool access. The sound-proofed karaoke room separates this section from the second house where you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, second kitchen and dining area along with another lounge. Here, you will be assured of space and comfort. Your privacy is complete due to the fact that the only access to the property is through your front gates. All 6 bedrooms come with king size beds, flat screen televisions and wardrobe space. They are all well appointed with both master suites being particularly spacious and offering direct access to the swimming pool. There are 5 bathrooms with 3 of these being en-suite. Bedroom 1 and 2 share a spacious bathroom and the bathroom right next door to bedroom 6 can also be used as a guest bathroom. There are oval shaped sunken baths, wash basins, toilets and shower units. The villa has two kitchens, both of which are well furnished and offer plenty of storage and preparation space. They both have Islands which offer a touch of class to the whole area. While you may wish to cook for yourselves there is the option of hiring a cook at a reasonable cost to look after your meal requirements. There are 2 lounge areas which offer large comfortable sofas and large flat screen televisions for your relaxation and enjoyment. Both offer easy access to the outdoor area, your pool, and separate bench Jacuzzi. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas in the villa, while indoors they are close to the kitchen it is the outside dining sala which attracts most. The setting here is idyllic and the perfect place to spend a few hours eating and lubricating those vocal chords in readiness for your karaoke sessions!
