Sat astride a beautiful hillside in north-west Samui, just a 5-minute drive to Nathon Town, this 3-bedroom villa showcases some of the most inspiring sea-views imaginable. With a modern design, spacious and luxurious interiors and a convenient holiday location, the villa sleeps 6 people and will take your holiday to the next level.

The villa has a nice private swimming pool, located amidst a raised outdoor terrace with seated areas in the shade and a prime vantage point from the top floor to bask in those sea-views.

The terrace leads to an open plan living space, which is ultra-modern in design and comes with a comfortable L-shape sofa, a TV with international channels and a DVD player, close to the dining area with its 6-seat wooden dining table and a kitchen built to high standards with lots of appliances and a breakfast bar.

The 3 en-suite bedrooms all have modern environments, 2 of which have double beds, with the 3rd bedroom coming with twin single beds. The master also has a TV and DVD playey, daybed and stunning sea-views.

The villa is located just a 5-minute drive to Nathon Town, where you will find shops, bars and restaurants.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
