Located in a stunning hillside position with distant sea-views from the balconies, this 3-bedroom villa is just a 5-minute drive to Nathon Town, sleeping up to 6 people in total.

Combining a tropical ambience with modern facilities, this villa is set over 2-floors, where you will find a private swimming pool, located on a raised terrace with an adjoining Thai sala in the shade.

Relax amidst the ultra-modern open plan living space with its lounge area that comes equipped with a sofa and entertainment facilities that include a large flat-screen TV and DVD player, leading to a private balcony with sea-views.

The dining room and kitchen are both part of the open plan area, offering a wooden 6-seat dining table and a Western kitchen with all modern appliances, perfect for a self-catering experience.

The 3-bedrooms are modern and spacious, 2 of which have double beds, while the 3rd has twin single beds, ideal for families with kids. One of the 2 bathrooms belongs to the master bedroom and the other is shared by the 2 guest bedrooms. There is an additional guest-toilet.

The location of the villa is just a 5-minute drive from Nathon Town center, which is home to lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Other beautiful tropical beaches such as Lipa Noi are also just a short drive away.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
