There is something magical about this 3-bedroom villa, sat high above the beach and showcasing dramatic and panoramic sea-views like no other. Ultra-modern in design, this luxury villa sleeps 6 people and is the ideal choice for those seeking unparalleled tranquility, while still being close to nearby amenities.

You will encounter a raised terrace area that is home to a private swimming pool, and many seated areas, enjoying the best sea-views you will ever experience.

The luxurious open plan living space also faces the ocean, while offering a lounge with a classy sofa and entertainment features that include a TV and DVD player. The adjoining dining room comes with a majestic 6-seat wooden dining table, next to a kitchen where you will find expansive granite counter tops, a breakfast bar and lots of modern appliances.

The bedrooms all have luxurious interiors, with the master bedroom coming equipped with a 4-poster bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The 2nd bedroom has 2x single beds, while the last bedroom has a queen-size double bed. These 2 guest rooms share one bathroom and there is a guest-toilet.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
