This luxurious villa is such a desirable holiday rental option, basking in a hillside location with astounding sea-views, all just a 5-minute drive from Nathon Town in north-western Samui. Merging those spectacular sea-views, 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and a prime holiday location, you won’t find much better.

There are many areas in the villa where you can enjoy the sea-views, none better than the outdoor terrace, where you will also find seated areas in the shade and a private swimming pool. This really is an amazing place to relax.

The interior of the house is modern in every way, but also extremely welcoming and comfortable. Relax on the sofa and catch a movie on your flat-screen TV with DVD player. Dine on the 6-seat table or at the breakfast bar in the European style kitchen with its modern appliances.

The en-suite bedrooms are luxurious in design, with the master having a king-size bed and access to a balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the 3rd has twin single beds, perfect for families.

Take advantage of the bars, restaurants and shops just 5-minutes away in Nathon Town center, or take a short stroll to the beach.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
