Just a 10-minute walk from Mae Nam center on the northern coast of Koh Samui, this 2-bedroom villa sits in a gated estate with a communal swimming pool, and sleeps 4 people in total. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, this is a villa rental that offers seclusion and privacy.

The exterior design of this villa enjoys light and subtle tones, coming with lots of comfortable furnishings. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open plan living arrangement that combines a kitchen, lounge and dining room.

The open nature of this villa creates a spacious and relaxing environment with nice surrounding gardens that lead out to the communal pool on this gated estate. 


Short Walk to Mae Nam 

Although this villa is located in a peaceful position, the center of Mae Nam is just a 10-minute walk, where you will find a host of shops and restaurants. Mae Nam Beach offers great views looking out towards Koh Phangan on the northern coast of Samui. Bophut and Ban Tai are also just a bit further away and also home to bars, shops and eateries. 

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
