Overview

Situated right on Pearl Beach, this stunning villa affords some of the best views around and it also allows quick easy access to the soft white sands of the beach and cool blue waters of the ocean.
The two storey villa can be reached via a secluded road that’s directly off the main Koh Chang road. There is plenty of parking provided at the front of the property, with a detached car port located to the side, so you’ll never need to worry about where to put your vehicle after a day of exploring.

The garden is right on the beach, so you’ll always be able to duck out for a refreshing swim. When you feel like lazing around the villa there are sun loungers on the wooden deck floor surrounding the pool, and if you feel like a game of volleyball, there is a net right on the beach.

Location
Koh Chang is approximately a 3 hour drive from Pattaya and can be accessed by ferry, from Trat. The villa is situated right on Pearl Beach, also known as Hat Kai Mook, so you won’t have to travel at all to see the sea, when you arrive. There are plenty of beautiful waterfalls and majestic natural scenes in the area, as well as easy access to restaurants, bars and a nice, pleasant nightlife.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
