Situated on the northern Koh Samui coastline, 650 meters from Thong Song Beach, this luxury 3-bedroom villa has a lofty location on a hillside overlooking the beach and sea below. With a modern contemporary design, this luxury villa sleeps 6 people and really is a special Samui villa rental.

The large sun terrace is home to a private swimming pool, next to sun-loungers and a Thai sala, offering some of the most breathtaking sea-views imaginable. Making your way into the living areas through tall patio windows, you will find an open plan living space with a lounge and a leather sofa, next to a flat-screen TV. Beside the lounge is the dining room with an 8-seat table.

The kitchen is also part of the living space and has an 8-seat breakfast bar and lots of modern appliances. 

The 3 bedrooms come with king-size double beds, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathrooms, while 2 of the bedrooms also have sea-views.

The location of the villa on a stunning sea-view hillside takes it to the next level. It’s just a short stroll down to Thong Song Beach and only 300 meters to restaurants. Spas and wellness centers are just over 1km away, while nightlife and shopping options are over 2.5km.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
