If you’re looking for a versatile setting for your holiday in the Andaman, this apartment complex is a fantastic option. From here you can easily explore the local town of Kamala on foot, and places like famous Patong and upscale Laguna are a 15-minute drive away in two opposite directions from the property.

You will have access to 2 on site pools with lounge areas and gardens, a small Jacuzzi pool, as well as the resort’s restaurant that serves sumptuous meals. The condo features a small seated area on a shared balcony from which you can enjoy green garden views. 

The apartment is situated on the second floor. It features a king size bed, Cable TV, closet with safety deposit box, desk and chair. Additionally, there is a refrigerator, toaster and a kettle so you have the option of quick meals in your room. 

The rental is air-conditioned and it also comes with a ceiling fan and blackout curtains. There is a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. 

The apartment’s interior is Asian-style and homely. Free parking, Wi-Fi and daily cleaning are included in the rate. Multiple rentals of similar style are also available.

The villa is situated on Phuket’s west coast, between Surin and Patong. Kamala is a great location if you’d like an active holiday with access to many options, yet far less crowded than Patong. Kamala Beach is just 1 km away from the complex and it offers an array of sea sports, restaurants, and beach cafés.  

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
